Born in Nazareth, Mr. Khamis graduated from Tel Aviv University in 1991 with a certification in Physical Therapy. He worked between 1991 – 1994 at the Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem. Mr. Khamis is a functional advisor to students in his field at many universities in the country. He is also a former examiner for Tel Aviv University and the Israeli Health Ministry.
